Delete your account

HOLSSI by Miniversary

You can permanently delete your HOLSSI account and data at any time, directly in the app.

How to delete

Open the HOLSSI app and go to the My tab.
Tap Edit profile and scroll to the bottom.
Tap Delete account, confirm the notice and type your nickname.
Tap Delete account to finish.

This cannot be undone. For security you may be asked to log in again before deleting.

What is deleted

Your profile and profile photo
All trip plans, schedules, flight and stay info
Your bucket list and travel map records
Travel type test results
Crew memberships and your crew applications

What may be kept

Messages you wrote in crew chats may remain so other members keep their conversation context.
Records we must keep under applicable law (misuse records: 1 year; consumer complaint or dispute records: 3 years).

Can't access the app?

Email support@miniversary.com from the address linked to your account and we will delete it for you.
