1. Personal Information We Collect

• Required: social login identifier, email, nickname, gender, date of birth
• Optional: profile photo, bio, interests, travel type result, visited regions
• Generated during use: trip plans, bucket list, crew applications and chat records, access logs

2. Purpose of Use

• Identifying members and providing the Service
• Checking gender/age requirements when recruiting crews and letting hosts review applicants
• Recommending destinations
• Preventing misuse, handling reports and answering inquiries

3. Information Shared With Others

When you apply to a crew, your nickname, profile photo, gender, age, interests and travel type are shown to the host. Your email is never shown to other members.

4. Retention and Deletion

Data is deleted without delay when you delete your account, except where applicable law requires retention for a set period.

• Misuse records: 1 year
• Consumer complaint or dispute records: 3 years

5. Outsourcing and Overseas Transfer

To operate the Service, we outsource data storage and authentication to Google LLC (Firebase); data is stored on Google cloud servers.

6. Your Rights

You may view and edit your personal information at any time, and may request that processing stop by deleting your account (see Delete account).
